VEOC 2024 Conference Recordings

On the last day of May, VEOC held its annual conference at the University of Vermont’s Davis Center in Burlington. The event was a tremendous success with 25 sessions plus a morning keynote address to welcome our 250+ attendees and set the stage for the day.

Our 22nd annual conference attracted a growing audience of Vermonters as well as many from around the Northeast who are learning and teaching about employee ownership: local business owners, employees and employee owners at ESOP companies and worker-owned cooperatives, students and researchers, nonprofit professionals and allied service providers, entrepreneurs, and lenders, lawyers, and accountants aiming to learn how to better meet the needs of employee-owned companies.

We recorded video for the morning plenary as well as for one session from each of the four rounds. Please enjoy and share the videos in this selection as you please. If these topics inspire and interest you, be sure to look out for a date announcement for our 2025 annual conference later this summer! We typically aim to hold our conference in the first week of June, and this will likely hold true for next year.
